MP Chassis question

I re-wired a couple C2's for another house on their 2 spare chassis, but it's out of town so I can't go look at the other ones until I go back. I think the guy told me that he had problems with them, i noticed the broken C2's and some mangled pins so I told him that's where we'd start. Upon looking inside, 1 of them only had 2 of the 11 pin relays, I think M2 was missing. The spot relay had a 24 vac relay in it. So my question is: is the spot relay in an MP supposed to be 10/12 v DC like the SS chassis, or did they change it to 24 vac? I just wanted to find out before I go back there.

From left to right:
spot solenoid-, power-, sweep reverse relays.
They are 24 VAC indeed, but you can also use a 50 VDC relay, don't ask me why.
