• Coasting sweep motor

Changed chassis, stator, several pins in C1 plug, motor start capacitors, checked adj's. Still coasting. Will switching table and sweep cables tell me anything? All I can think of is gearbox now. any suggs?

All I can think of now is your gearbox

Is it your table or your sweep motor?
Is the motor stopping good first but will coast after that or is it coasting all the way(no break at all).

Re: Coasting sweep motor

Changed gearbox, seems to have fixed it (better have!). Yea, absolutely unremarkable. Thanks for the quick replies though, done in time to strip lanes.

If you have the start relays, try changing that. Works every time for me.
