• What a day...

First, I had to replace a table drive shaft. About 1/4 of the way through that, the BD side pillow block on the sweep rocker arm of another lane breaks.Halfway through, I have to go put colored pins in for a tournament. 3/4 of the way through, someone from the desk comes to tell me some kids on 11-12 had some crap from their diapers fall on the approach. Then they tracked through it. The whole day I'm by myself and have to keep getting out of the machine to chase calls. Lets have some other posts of days that seem funnier the further one gets from them.

I don't have a copy of the job discription handy, but I'm positive that it said nothing about cleaning up baby **** on the approaches. It wouldn't surprise me though. I hope nobody from upper management reads this or it will be in the next discription. (LOL) But a man does what a man (or woman-sorry chick) has to do. All in days (or 2 or 3) work. I'd rather do 5 table drive shafts than clean the approach. Stiff upper lip, yeah, right

On the approach, no. BUT ...

A few summers ago, we had a camp of "mentally challenged" indivduals bowling. A regular customer alerted me that there was a problem in the men's room. I go in, discover that one of the campers had shat in the sink. LOOSELY. In a quantity I previously thought was only possible by members of the bovine persuasion ... e.g bulls/cows.

I grabbed the counselor in charge and made HIM deal with it. He seemed to have a pretty good idea who was responsible, and there was NO DAMN WAY I was going to deal with that. Miss the bowl, yeah, you have to deal with that ... but some moron ****s in the sink, not my Forking job:

My dad had one of those days last Tuesday. He got there late, had a few people waiting to bowl when he got there. Then, a woman brought in 3 very elderly folks to bowl from a nursing home. Dad does not charge nursing homes for shoe rental. His counter person gives them nearly brand new shoes. Then, one of them has a dirareah attack on the approach and all the way into the mens room ! Poor guy **** all down himself and into the rental shoes!! Dad said he spent the rest of the afternoon trying to get the stink out of the place. He said he had to trash the new rental shoes!!! Glad I don't work for him anymore :p !!!!!!!

Thought I had a bad day last sat. But after reading your post, It wasnt so bad. We to have mentally impared bowlers come out every monday. Few years back I went to the men's room after they had left & found a huge pile in one of the urnals. Had to been 2 of them, no way 1 person could of done that. But from now on, Every time I have a bad day. I'll remember this post & figure it could of been alot worst. (BTW) I didnt cleen it up. Got one of the ladies who cleans to do it. Thats (NOT) in my job discription.

I had a 4:1 go bad and I've never seen or done one before. Trying to search the depths of the forums, YouTube videos, it didn't seem too bad....

Left a rant about this in the bowling forum…

I’ve already repaired a a number of Franklin FE motors using the Bluffton-style end cap and terminal board kit (090-004-582)....
