• Sweep weldment part #

Hello all. I am at my home now and the only parts book that I have is very old and the part number for the sweep welment is out of date.

We have 8270 "B" machine and we have a sweep welment that has been welded and now it is pushing on the table motor. I am thinking that it is time to stop replacing table drive shafts (none on my watch yet, BUT ) and getting this sweep to have good stops and run smooth. I need to replace the weldment assy for the sweep. I hope that it is still called a sweep weldment.

Any help would be appreciated.

I show it as a sweep rocker arm assembly. Is that what you're after?

Original Rocket has been replaced with a new style. They have done away with the pillow block setup.

New part number:

090-004-010

You will also need to order (if replacing original)
Qty 2 each of:
090-005-015 Insert for new style rocker
090-004-007 Plate to mount rocker
"Where are we going, and why are we in a hand basket?"

I'm not quite sure what you want. But I might have what your looking for if it's what I think your needing. Over the years alot of area houses have gone under. Fire, roof falls in,or other reasons. In some cases I have purchased the machines. I have parts that few houses keep on hand.

I do have a couple of these. But they only cost 150.00, I'd let this go for less. But after shipping wouldnt be alot of difference.

I have one I'll sell for 100.00, I never had one break. I must be lucky, In 25 years I think I've replaced 8 pillow blocks.
