Desk people are the first center employees that the customer comes into contact with and some of these desk people do not belong in this business.
But, the center isn't going to pay for more competent personnel to greet the customer because of payroll.

It's about a 50/50 thing to me. They either have the people skills and no true business sense, or fantastic business knowledge and can't stand people.
Most will act as if you are past the foul line that you are some sub-terranian creature who only dwells in scary places, but with a few growls and fast action moves during a league session they learn that you are just short of being a human being.
My desk help is fantastic for the most part, the managers do well, if all the floor boys lived up to those expectations, I would not have a worry in the world.
Even with radios though, the communication factor is poor, needs some help?

no i just have a new key board and i tipe too dam fast and dont look or read what i wote

but as i was saying any bumb **** can count mony but can they fix the main prat of a center the damm machenes???

if they can good on them (my head tech was on the counter for a little wile before comming down the back or the cage as i call it)
