  • 82/70 sweep problem

    Hi to all,

Last days i have a problem with machine 8. When a ball pass the trigger or I push the cycle button on the chassis...the sweep is running slowly to his first stop point. Somethimes it takes 5 seconds to start the sweep cyclus when a ball passes the trigger and the sweep stops very freqently before he reach the first step.

When I activate the S1 switch on the machine, the sweep runs like it must be.

    Where starts my adventure ?

sounds like possible SB (middle sweep cam) lever needs to be turned out or changed. Im assuming you've already changed chassis and motors with a known good one.

could also be a "sweep run" or "reverse switch" going bad.

Sounds like instructomat is pulling in and out. Try jumping 5 and 6 in the amc box but have the managers control switch in the off position. If you have the 5 board chassis you might see the in, lite flicker.

It might be a relativity issue. Are you drunk or stoned while observing the speed of the sweep? Mayhap you've accidently tapped into the Matrix, and youre able to slow down time? If this is the case, remember the little boy's advise to Neo ; " There is no spoon." (substitute sweep)
