Last three I got were like this....
A cookie for the one who knows the brand(hint: it's a grey belt).

Ok, It’s the end of the day and I’m getting hungry.

Pic 1…Stahls grey belt has the “V” off to one side (not centered)

Pic 2…Looks like PW belt twisted or that toggle switch sticking out of the control box. Whats up with the white wires and plug?

Pic 3…No food, no guess

Re: Miscellaneous odd pictures..

Is the switch in pic 2 a test switch to keep the machine cycling. Now that I have automatic scoring I have thought of putting a toggle switch there and using the old pit switch leads as a way to run the machine for extended testing.
To err is human but to really mess things up requires a college student.

After looking a bit harder, what kind of B.E. motor is that? Kind of looks like a G.E. Im pretty sure its not a National motor, so why is the stator mounted with the three bolts like a National?

I really want that taco. :p

Pic 1…Stahls grey belt has the “V” off to one side (not centered)

Pic 2…has a combo motor on the back end.

Lampie, is that switch on the back of the control box for you auto OOR device you built a long time ago?

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">Looks like a Leeson/Quality motor to me (direct replacement for a national) We have a few of them on my machines. The back end motor does look like a combo motor, we have backends from them also and they look a little different

Rep,

I believe you are correct in assuming that motor is a leeson/quality. The thing that tipped me off about it being a combo, is the spring loaded cap on the end to protect the upper shaft that is used for cranking.

I don’t know why I didn’t see it yesterday. Maybe, because combos don’t have capacitors mounted on the outside. Or I must have been delirious because I was starving and seen a taco being waved in front of my face.

I need to take one more stab at pic 2 in case my guesses are wrong above

It’s a BE motor with the end piece from a combo.

BTW…what does a Dutch taco taste like? Taco’s from Mexico are different than the ones in the USA.

I believe the BE motor is a Westinghouse? I have 4 of them and 28 GEs in my one place, and they are all direct wired like this one. And they're mounted with 4 long thin screws, not 3 bolts. I may be wrong. I do see the 3 bolts here, but who knows. I'm not awake yet Obviously the V guide is not centered on the belt in the first pic. The only other thing I notice in the 2nd pic is that unusual blue plug/harness thingy. What exactly is that powering anyway? Oh, and there's a hand in the upper left corner of the pic. Do I get food now?

After looking at it further (with AWAKE eyes) It is definitely a Leeson motor. I was confused with the hard wiring of it.
