Lift Belts

Does anybody know if there's a distributor that makes a good lift belt for kicker returns. All new belts are flat, work for the most part, but need to be adjusted constantly. A concave belt with rounded edges is much better for a kicker lift. Is there any out there? i believe JCP sells the belts your lookin for. rumor has it they are selling the olden time orange belts again.

I have got kickers and all of my belts are flat. Haven't had any problems. What probs are you having?

Sometimes with the flat belts if the lift is to low it will not let the ball in the door. The ball lift hieght adjustment is really touchy. too high and it no lifting. The rounded edge , concave belts have a much larger range of adjustment. In my mind there just isn't a good lift belt out right now, but I will check JCP thanx!!

call stahls and ask for their grey belt they work the best they are real flat and dont have no trouble with them.. the # is 952-432-2231

Stahls is the best.Oil dosent seem to affect it,It stays rough so it always will pick up balls.

a fix worth thinking about is to cut some 1/4"washers with a V slot and loosing the bolts holding the uprails and dropping them between the bracket on the machine and the up rails. This has the effect of bringing the rails closer into the ball lift and can help to give a better action.This works always on PBL but sometimes there is not a lot of room on the old kicker system to do this.
