    Table relay humms when NC contacts are engagded. Have omega-tek board conversion. problem is not in the machine not in machine. Changed table contacts & relay, replaced all burnt pins, and the table varisitor.

    Maybe it just doesn't know the words? :p

    Need a bit more info... you're saying the contactor hums when it's just sitting there (the NC contacts)? Or when it's pulled in?

    Is it actually causing a machine problem, or is it just humming/buzzing and being generally annoying?

    If it works, but buzzes when it's pulled in, it's usually just an alignment problem with the contact banks.

      I'm sorry, the NO contacts hum when the relay is engaged. Now that I think of it, they were not aligned right. Thanks for the help.

        Sounds like you are using the old style AB contacts available aftermarket. Use a good new style AB - should eliminate the hum...I stopped using the old style replacements about 5 years ago...just n/g.
