  • 82/90 ?

I have a stupid question this place I do service work for has 82-90s with amf accuscore I replaced a pinspotter chassis on lanes 7-8 the machines work fine now but the only thing is they dont come on when you turn the scorers on. but when you turn the on the scorers on 1-2 7-8 comes on as well.Do you have to address the chassis to that pair of lanes once you replace it.Iam newbie to the 90`s but see not too many differences between the 70`S and 90`s except for the pinspotter chassis!!

    Re: 82/90 ?

You sure do Kevin. If you look at the top of the core chassis there is a small panel at the top with 2 screws holding it in. Loosen the panel and you'll find 3 setting knobs in there, labeled on the side as 100's, 10's, and 1's (that's a lot of lane potential there.) The Default setting on a new core is lane 1. All you have to do is make sure the 10's and 100's are on 0 and set the chassis to the first lane number in the pair (in this case 7). So how you like those machines up there bud? Pretty sweet huh? I loved servicing that place.....it's just a little....ok a LOT too far away now. Anyway, hope you enjoy your work over there (we did).
