<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">We have Accuscore (plus) so the PBC (cycle button on the BE control box) does not parallel the cushion start switch anymore (it used to). I assume most setups are similar these days otherwise if you cycle from the back, it will score - ??
Anyway, the cushion start switch circuit is as follows on our machines:
The parallel connection to 10th frame switch occurs inside the chassis (C2A 31 and 32 from the A&MC box connect to TS-14 via C2A-27, and to C2A-14 respectively).
When you changed the chassis, the movement of the C2A plug probably pushed a pin in (one of the C2A pins above).
thank you so very much, we do have 70's with accuscore plus scoring. any one know anything about the amf ball readers[ infra red sensors] as far as how to set them up on the lanes' reflecters, adjustments ect. after the syn lanes were installed along with gutters and capping, we have had nothing but trouble with these sensors. esp machines cycling on there ouw
Deforsey the Amf detecters have to be installed to where there is no vibration at all. Me and Jbees had a problem with the ones I had in Pheonix and had to bolt them down to the concrete and had to make sure the did not touch the kickbacks at all. Just a test you can do. Turn on a pair and unplug your sweep and table on say the even lane and then take a pin and hit the common side kick back simulating a ball thrown. If you have the same problem I had this will cause the odd lane to cycle thus having a bad or loose mount.
They say that the **** rolls down hill but the smell always starts at the top.
