When a ball gets stuck under the cushion.

Pull all the shocks off and tighten the springs with screwdriver....it will help the life expectance of the shock.

      Good advice, King.

If the shock is leaking, it's done... get rid of it even if it's just a light drip or it'll scum up the carpet (which also means the pins, the wheel, the distributor, cups, etc...) in short order.

I prefer a 3/4 inch wrench to tighten my shock....the screwdriver technique looks like a knuckle buster to me.

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">Agreed, plus it can be done in the machine.

The way to test the shock is to grab bottom of cushion plank with both hands and pull back, now let go. Cushion should NOT spring back but goto normal position smooth.

And of course a ball under the cushion could ALSO be a shot bounce plate..

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">So it moves back to the recieving position and sits. Not bouncing back and forth a bit?
