  • 8290XL's and XLI's

We are thinking on getting either 90xl or xli pinsetters and getting them from either US Bowling Corp. or direct from AMF. Could anyone give alittle advice on which we should choose and why? Thanks

      Just some factual information.

I purchased a 16 lanes package from AMF that included remanufactured 90XL. They are WONDERFUL.
Could not have asked for better equipment.

      Edited to add:
This is in no way a putdown to USBowling. I talked with them prior to the rebuild. Just decided to go with AMF but again, this is NOT a jab at USBowling.

If you would like to talk to me about this my number is 618-942-4091 or you can email me at herrinbowl@midamer.net

I am very happy I went through AMF as they really do back up anything they put out, they did a great job removing and installing the pinsetters as well. After all is in and everyone is gone it is nice to call someone up and have them take care of the problem without hesitation. I went with the 82/70Xli

            Re: 8290XL's and XLI's

We just did 36 lanes from 70s to 90s last summer, and, except for camera issues at the beginning, have seen good results. The only things I miss are my S and T switches on the BE control box.
