Am curious to know what the average parts holding stock is for a 16 lane 82-70 centre?
What sort of figure should the spare parts come too?
What sort of budget should be allowed for parts ordering per year for a 16 lane centre too? (Excluding lane oil and cleaning materials, lane machine parts and re-coating.)
Bring me the freshest "Mean Green" known to man! Juice on!
every centre should hold basic stock items and then buy extras every month to build up a good level. sometimes bowls work together, helping each other out and trying to order different parts from their individual budget and then borrow and pay back as required.

Our inventory is around 63k for a 32 lane house. The scoring has the most expensive parts in stock. The inventory also includes parts for the ball polisher, bumper gutters and 2 lane machines. I spend around $300/year per machine and this estimate does not include scoring, lane or building maintenance.
