  • Sweep stopping too late on the way up

How can you adjust this to lower the finishing point of the sweep travel so it doesn't hit the frame. We have two lanes doing this right now.

The 2 long rods on the side....loosen both jam nuts and shorten the rods.

Re: Sweep stopping too late on the way up

I do believe thats a speed record for response. Owner tells me that one lane is almost as short as it can go, but has some room left on the front. The other is not a problem.

      Thank you.

        Do all the sweep adjustments.

        In sequence.

        Start with the drive rod.

Then the rods we spoke of.

Then the telescopic link rod end for height.

Then the same rod end bracket for height at the 4-5-6 spots on the deck.

All done. Thank you very much.

BTW, I'll be getting in touch with you soon about patterns. We are finally getting a Phoenix-S in about a month.
