  • Stroke limiter block

I just noticed that i have several machines with 1 broken bolt in the block that is above the rubber bumper on the stroke limiter shock. I have a couple of spares on the way. These bolt have thread locking fluid on them and are almost impossible to remove here at the bowling center. I will get them to a machine shop the remove the broken piece. Anyone else seen this problem?

You could try a heat torch to loosen them up.

We have GS-X machines of 6 years old now and had the same problem in the beginnig. I bought a reverse threted tool. Works easy, just drill a small hole in the broken bold and screw in the reverse tool. We changed all the bolds for a better quality and never had a problem ever since.
