If I understand you correctly, The GSX Distributor assembly can be moved w/ a forklift, as the table and sweep wagon can be compressed inside, as one assembly. Those are the heaviest, the elevator and Transport band are easier and move individually. I am trying to remember more from the install I was at before, actually how it was brought down the lane and set on kickbacks.

You will need to make a support stand or table out of 2x4 wood to support the distributor box (main part of machine). The wood frame should extend from the back cross support beam to the front support frame. make the width close to the width of inside the distributor box so it is better balanced also.
Take the front catwalk platform off prior to moving the unit because it will be much easier for access.

You can use 4x4 wood also, it just will be a bit heavier to move around.

There should be some pictures out there of this, I don't have any of our box stand unfortunately.

Jesus, I will send you a drawing for making the frame to move the GS off the kickbacks.

You can move the elevator and kickbacks around with a hand truck.
