Machine goes into PO on every second ball
Hi guys I'm a newbie to bowltech and am looking for any help on this machine. It started with not setting the ten pin so naturally I changed the pin holder but still no luck. Finally, found a wire pulled apart (white/blue so pin solenoid) in wiring harness but for some reason even with repairing wire could not get ten pin to set. The head mechanic put a new harness on and STILL no luck. So I changed out the pin solenoid and it will now set ten pin. However, it now goes into po every second ball I don't think it is detecting the pins on 2nd ball and I am at a loss. We have 3 people working on this machine so it's hard telling what has been tweaked and adjusted. Any help would be greatly appreciated.Tags: None

Check the OOR switch on the 10 side of the machine, there are several things to look for
The switch could be broken or the lever bent
Switch could have a bad wire or connection
The switch cam could be broken
The tube guides could be worn and the tube with the cam could be missing the switchFor Sale, Parachute. Only used once, never opened, small stain.

Thanks for the help sbrooks. When I got in today the "head" mechanic had already changed out the oor switch but still po. I got to looking at it apparently when he installed the new wire harness he must have pulled it through the channel pretty hard because the oor switch was UNPLUGGED. Glad it was a simple fix but should not have taken this long to figure out.

I had a 4:1 go bad and I've never seen or done one before. Trying to search the depths of the forums, YouTube videos, it didn't seem too bad....

At what thickness do you replace the clutch face.
Is there a minimum dimension from the clutch face to the rivet.
