  • GSX Sweep not lifting

Have a sweep that won't lift after the short cycle when someone throws a gutter. I know the cause is the attenuator still swinging due to the shorter amount of time it takes for the cycle. What is the fix?

Loosen the allen bolts in the top part of the attenuator and adjust the angle on the attenuator and it will fix this every time. Takes about 5 minuets.
For Sale, Parachute. Only used once, never opened, small stain.

I thought I read on here you can add a washer to the pivot to reduce the swinging.

You can but if you adjust the attenuator you won't need to add washers, and it gets picked up every time.

Of course you are correct adjustment first.

Performed the adjustment (turned attenuator up). Seems to be working correctly now. That's a well hidden adjustment and didn't see it in the manual either. Thanks for the tip!
