Powerlift transformer issue?

I'm helping a center that has mix of parts and wiring jobs on everything!!!

But got this pair that motor won't run. I get 207v at the switch and 118v on each leg to ground. But at the 53-100436 transformer on the two legs I get 118v to ground but together I get nothing. But I do on other lanes. Switch out several boxes out of the back. All the 3 the same, but haven't tried with working pair yet. The cannon plug had one leg reversed with ground and other fun. Now it runs in other lane but can't get this pair going.

Any insights on what I might be missing. Thanks

Duh city just missing one of the edge connector for the circuit board. Anyone got the diagram for the cables so I can bypass the circuit board? To simplify the whole thing.

Can't figure it out. Post a question and even if no one answers you'll get it figured in an hour!

Haha, been there, done that, got a coffee mug that says "Have you tried turning off & on again?"...which actually fixes a lot of problems, yet I still occasionally forget to try that first, lol.
