    my crew was clearing a pin jam when the part fell on to the pin-deck. no enough experience to know where this is or what it's called. looking for help so we can order the part and get it back up.

    Looks like you broke the tip off your deck lift hook part #12-100832-000. If you don't want to reuse the spirol pin the number for it is 11-360619-000.

      Your machine is probably going all the way down to the pin deck on first ball now.
      Replace the deck hook, and look for any binds in the bronze eccentric ring it mounts onto.

        They may have forced it off the deck holding hook causing the deck lift hook to sheer off. Need to check the holding hook for wear and R & R if necessary. May want to look at this procedure.
