which style plastic? personally, i recommend the enviro strap (NB56100). yes, the price is steep at $11.30ea, but you will never have to worry about it failing for a very long time. I have them installed at the old place I worked at almost 3 years ago and still look brand spanking new. Brunswick (12-150057-003)[email protected] | jsebeny <--YouTube | Cell: 309-275-2453

the nylon ones are good too. Ive had mine on for about 4 yrs now and Ive had to file 1 of them. And they are easy to file and will last you another many years before you might have to touch them again. You can't loose either way with enviro or the nylon....much better than steel! Enviro will probably go a further distance before you may have to file the edge again, but they have a higher price tag. Enviro is the better quality part and nylon is the more economical part (both are good)Nick

A tech would be nuts not to use the enviro pin gate strap,
I cant remember but i put mine in somewhere between 6 and 10 years ago and man they still work incredible and look good....
MikeDO A NEAT CLEAN JOB, AND FIX IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. THE ONLY WAY TO WORK.

A lot of guys don't know this but the steel strap from Brunswick is hardened at the shoulder area. When it wears down and a Mechanic files it square again they think they are doing something great but they are actually filing down the rest of the hardened part and going into the soft steel. That will wear out in no time. The Vantage or the Enviro are second to none.

*sigh* Hello friends..
I had a 4:1 go bad and I've never seen or done one before. Trying to search the depths of the forums, YouTube videos, it didn't seem too bad....

Left a rant about this in the bowling forum…

At what thickness do you replace the clutch face.
Is there a minimum dimension from the clutch face to the rivet.
Thanks...
