First of all, Welcome to Bowltech!
It would be helpful to know what scoring system, and ball detects you are using to help with the diagnosis.
I have had similar problems with the ball detects on the Vector system because of loose wires in the connectors. Both on the ball detect and on the cable out to the camera.
Carefully pull on each individual wire at the connectors. If one is loose, or only hanging by one or two strands it will pull out without much trouble. You don't have to be crazy to do this job...But it helps!

As Cuda stated...WELCOME. I hope we can help you solve your issues now and in the future.
Take a moment and update your profile to include as much information as you can fill in. The profile can help us from time to time by letting us know some important information that you may leave out in your description of your problem.
Let us know what type of scoring you have as Cuda mentioned and we should be able to narrow this down for you.TSM & TSM Training Development

We are useing the vector system, i checked the connectors from the beam to the camera and from the electrical box and they seemed solid. we got a hold of brunswick and they said either the switch connected to rake arm or the distribution board.

4:1 Timing off..
*sigh* Hello friends..
I had a 4:1 go bad and I've never seen or done one before. Trying to search the depths of the forums, YouTube videos, it didn't seem too bad....

Adapting the Bluffton end cap & terminal board kit to Franklin BE (and FE) motors.
Left a rant about this in the bowling forum…
I’ve already repaired a a number of Franklin FE motors using the Bluffton-style end cap and terminal board kit (090-004-582)....

At what thickness do you replace the clutch face.
Is there a minimum dimension from the clutch face to the rivet.
Thanks...

Solderless relay conversion
Is anyone running the solderless relays on the accelerators? How do you like them? What brand? How difficult to convert was it? Would love the feed back as I'm about to switch...
