Hey all Im just throwing this up here to see what else it could be...
I have a pain in the butt #12 here and every now and again when the pin falls off the CC it does not advance the turret... Have replaced turret latch, bearing, spring, adjusted every which way I can think of... nothing is binding, broke or missing that I can see... when it does work it is flawless after running for a couple hours non stop... most of the time it does not advance the turret for the next pin when it has been sitting overnight... Thanks Much I also forgot to mention that it is not the same turret pin slot each time its random... Im just getting tired of jumping up on the machine lifting the pin and re dropping the pin to get the turret to advance...
the weight of the pin should trip the lever.. you need to make sure the snubber is adjusted properly. Then check the long turret belt to make sure it is not too tight.

AT THE 8 OR 9 PIN [ WITH POWER OFF ] ajust snubber so 1/8" to 3/16" can be optanded
ajuat your pin trip lever so the wate of a pin can deprass lever [ i fine the one pin is the best placed to ajust lever ]

Is anyone running the solderless relays on the accelerators? How do you like them? What brand? How difficult to convert was it? Would love the feed back as I'm about to switch...
