    Hey Guys, what are some suggestions on cleaning the gum rubber lift rod covers that is not to harsh?

        We use Dawn dish washing liquid and water.

            One of the reasons we are changing to the newer foam urethane covers...very easy to clean.

              For really dirty covers I use hand-cleaner (GO-JO, etc.). Just be sure to wipe away all the cleaner and dirt to get all the pumice off.

                4:1 Timing off..

                *sigh* Hello friends..

                I had a 4:1 go bad and I've never seen or done one before. Trying to search the depths of the forums, YouTube videos, it didn't seem too bad....

                I’ve already repaired a a number of Franklin FE motors using the Bluffton-style end cap and terminal board kit (090-004-582)....
