    Deck issue

    I have a lane that after a strike is thrown on first ball the deck is going all the way to the floor. I've messed with the dector rod adjustment, but I cant get the deck to stop where is supposed to (90 degrrees strike) to know for sure if the rod is correct. Suggestions?

    This causes lots of double loaded deck jams.

    You have described a text book malfunction of the deck lowering hook breaking at the end.

      Right on. Only a very small part of the tip is broken off. Did the adjustment and seem fine for now. Will change in the morning. What is the casue of breaking? Anything else I should be looking for? We did just put a new deck lift shaft in here about 2 weeks ago...

      4:1 Timing off..
