Random 180
So recently lane 21 has decided to develop an issue, pins drop into deck turret advances but machine stays at 180. Did the obvious 180 stop adjustment and it resolves the problem.... For a few games anyway then we go Right back to stopping at 180 any thoughts on what could be knocking it out of adjustmentTags: None

There are two clamps on the turret/gearbox interlock.
One is directly under the cross conveyor, inside the turret frame (this is probably the one you are adjusting).
The other is at the end of the shaft, on the other side of the gearbox, where the 180 link connects (this clamp is probably loose).

If the bearing on the clutch lever is going bad(rough or crusty) it can make the 180 link adjustment more critical(sensitive) because of the 180 link spring having to over power the "bind" instead of just pushing stop arm back.Peanut

4:1 Timing off..
*sigh* Hello friends..
I had a 4:1 go bad and I've never seen or done one before. Trying to search the depths of the forums, YouTube videos, it didn't seem too bad....

Adapting the Bluffton end cap & terminal board kit to Franklin BE (and FE) motors.
Left a rant about this in the bowling forum…
I’ve already repaired a a number of Franklin FE motors using the Bluffton-style end cap and terminal board kit (090-004-582)....

Turret clutch rebuild
At what thickness do you replace the clutch face.
Is there a minimum dimension from the clutch face to the rivet.
Thanks...
