I remember seeing them somewhere on an album somewhere... but i was talking with the other mechanic here about what they look like and how much more difficult it would be to do the job we would need to do .... and we are trying to express how dumb it would be if someone from the front desk that doesnt know to much about them would be in the machines try to either fix something or clear a jam and not understand what has to be done before you start to attempt to do that. for example i had a moving deck jam, i was in the bathroom and came out to find one of the managers trying to clear it but DID NOT even turn the power off.

Those ain't A-2s; they're wonder machines. It's a wonder how they can run with all of that excess sheet metal.

Don't get me wrong. I'm 1000% for safety; but that comes from proper training. It looks as if it's more a liability issue than a safety issue.

Must be a lot of fun changing a long turret belt.

And the motor belts. Looks like there's guards on those too.

People like that have absolutely no business setting foot in the back let alone even touching any part of the pinsetter....PERIOD because if they continue to do so in this manner, eventually and possibly soon because it will happen, somebody is at the least going to get hurt badly, I don't need to mention what the worst is do I?

My machines have always had #3-5-7 on them.

The guards I plan on installing will be made of Perspex so the inspection process won't be affected. I will also look for the safest and most efficient securing methods for them.

I had a 4:1 go bad and I've never seen or done one before. Trying to search the depths of the forums, YouTube videos, it didn't seem too bad....
