• ball wheel strips for Brunswick Pinsetters

With today's oils has anyone had much success with any particular ball wheel strip for Brunswick machines? Anyone using Brunswick Spinning ball eliminator or Zott Ball kicker? Interested in any helpful information?

I like the strips Ed sells. Give him a call...888-435-6289

As far as SBE's go...I use Brunswicks version with a small twist...literally. I heat them up and give them a twist and then mount them just to the right of where Brunswick tells you to. Makes a great SBE then and doesn't wear the set screw like the original version does.

Rubberized cork, if memory serves. Fatter of mact, I'm working on getting that video I shot on my last trip captured to mpeg, then into VideoCD format. Yes, you'll be getting a copy.

Thanks for the plug Steve!! MOK is right...it's a rubberized cork with two special additives and a p.s.a backing. The stuff works well and I'm looking forward to seeing the video of Steve's center. Any pics of the Chair Lady??

I am also using the traction tape from EBN. It works very well for me. I have the Zot powered anti-spin kits, and they are great! They are a little pricey, and can be a pain at times. While reaching in the back of the pit, it seems like the belt is always in the way. But I will put up with it, rather than chasing spinners!

I got Brunswick SBE's and use the cork strips that Ed sells. They have held up extremely well and you cant best the price, almost 75% less than Brunswicks rubber stuff.

Try Eds strips,
They are awesome, The best cork strips I've ever seen. And Ed stands behind his products, He will make sure you are happy with them.
I just made sure all my adjustments are the way I like them, Lift rods are shaped right. And use Eds strips two 12" pieces verticle from each other and thats It, I have no ball calls but pin on tracks.

I use a 6in strip of the self adhesive traction
strip. Backed up with a slightly thicker 2ft strip that I purchase from Pin Mover Products. I put
2 of these set ups on each ball wheel. I also use
the Zot Power Spin Elminators on problem lanes.
They are a little expensive but work very good. I have them on 4 of my 32 lanes.

I have no idea who this "Chair Lady" is you're referring to... I didn't get any footage of the frontend of the place.

What I did (just finished the project tonight, in fact) was I took the footage I shot from Sunset Lanes (Mike Stalker's house) Christown Lanes (Jbees) and Frontier Lanes (don't remember the tech's name) and lumped them all together with transitions between the three segments. The VideoCD has a menu where one can select viewpoints, a la DVD. I'll be sending copies to Steve and Mike.

The strips last 12 to 14 months. Our center is fairly high lineage about 13,000 lines per bed per year.

To take care of the pin in tracks problem, all it takes are two pieces of bungee, some tie wraps, and 4 1/2" (I think) washers. That is what we use, and I will get some pics on here as soon as possible (Dan DeSplinter creation).
