  • 1 to 1 Cover Assy

Can someone tell me if their is a more easier or efficient method of changing a 1 to 1 than that stated in the original Brunswick Gearbox Manual?

the more you do the easier it gets. You will learn short cuts each time you replace a 1:1 Good luck.

1-1 the more you do, the easier they get, Ive done 32 now in the last 9 years, avg time now is around 8 hrs.
The easiest way to do a 1-1 is to start at the begining

I definately agree with Larry, the more you do the faster you get......Doesn't matter who's instructions you follow. Do a few of them, they aren't as bad as everyone makes them out to be. Swapping out the units isn't bad, its when you start rebuilding the units, you need a strong press and a torch to heat up the stubborn components.
