  • Homemade Cross Conveyer pulley guards

    I use a old pit curtain and use a ball lift housing assy. as a Template.use a sharp razor knife to cut the circles outta curtain.Then bolt that on to the pulley and use a scissors stop urethane stopper as a guard on the allen bolt on the conveyer.You just have to press the spacer rubber over the allen screw and it actually stays on.

    Oh by the way the part number for the rubber bushing is 12-2000032 the black urethane ones work better than the reddish softer ones from brunswick
