Does anyone know if there is a KIT for rebuilding shotguns? You know like....the spring seat, rollers, bushings, brackets etc.,or is it necessary to keep buying in single parts? To me a kit would be great to see.Just wondering. Thanks!

    Re: shotguns

Sometimes a kit is very useful, but most of the time only a few parts of a kit are needed. The others are filed in a parts drawer. So why not keep the individual parts in the drawer and write the part # in a file(3x5 card) for your referance on a particular part of the machine. This helps me as I hate to pull the service parts book out after my pinchasers use it for awhile. There are pages out of order and pages where there should not be pages ( a big mess).

Great idea about the 3x5 cards with part numbers for specific machine assemblies.
As for the service manual, I solved the problem with mine. I got a spare copy and it stays in my briefcase. It's come in handy a couple of nights when I've gotten a phone call at home because they didn't know where to look in the parts manual for the part number they needed. Pinchasers...gotta luv 'em!
