Hard to Find

I was lucky enough to have an employee cut off a lower ball wheel guide bolt because it was froze solid in his words and he needed to change the spacer. Not realizing what he was telling me when I was trying to work on something up front I went to the back and sure enough he cut it right off. To make a long story short this bolt is a pain to try and locate, no one stocks it and being a left hand thread (couldn't be the reason it was froze on there)no parts store of any kind can get it. A new one is $30.00 a wack and the pin wheel bolt is $50.00 a wack, I think I am in the wrong business at these prices. I had to take all the blame for not reminding him it was left hand thread and from now on I will listen to each and every word he says even when I'm real busy. I am however thankfull leagues are over or I can see myself welding it for a temporary fix until the new one comes in. I do have one that is supposed to be here next Monday but what a deal. If anyone needs one in the future I will have an extra of both.

hey man...not sure this will help ya..but the AMF house that burned up in Durham NC had 30 some A-2s in it and Im thinking they are goin to the 82-90s ...now what they are going to do with the A-2s I have no idea ..but my guess is that someone will have plenty of spare parts.......
