  • sheet metal deck shoot supports

Back in the 60s and 70s when a deck shoot split we had preformed sheet metal supports that were cut to fit around the shoot and you bolted it together. It held the shoot in proper form and we made the shoot last almost forever. Have any of you used this method and if so, where can you get the patterns to make some? Thanks.

      Hey Howard
I used to save my old long accelerator belts.
I would cut them up into small pieces depending on the crack of the chute.
I would put some epoxy in the crack and then use epoxy to glue on a piece of the belt to the back side of the deck chute.
