  • CC Belt Warning

I installed new CC belts on 2 machines today (2 & 17). The new belts had a problem though. Where the rubber is angled to "cradle" the pins, there was a little ridge near the bottom. The pins were riding on this ridge instead of making full contact with the belts causing them to slip.

Thought I'd pass this info along incase anybody else runs into this problem. Your chasers will thank you (unlike mine who spent the night running back and forth from 2-17 clearing pinjams during league )

All's well now since I cut the ridge down with a file. Just wish I'd spotted it sooner.

BTW..the belts are the black ones.
