  • pit conveyor drive pulley arm Repair Kit

Has anyone tried the Quality 12-3002 = "Pit Conveyor Drive Pulley Bracket Repair Kit" (rear arm bracket) ??

Looks like we'll be trying it out tonite after the last shift gets done. We noticed a crack in the weld a few days ago after repairing the drive pulley assembly, we (luckily) ordered this kit on Thursday, and the bracket failed halfway through Saturday.

We didn't consider Zot, but it looks like Zot #10185-0 = "Shaker Pulley Arm Pivot Repair Kit" may be an easier install. Nothing offered in Brunswick catalog.

Looks like we'll need to install both 12-3001 front bracket and 12-3002 rear bracket. The rear portion came off whole, the front bracket split away.

40 year-old Model A's (heavy lineage)....when they had brackets break before (many years ago)...I think they welded brackets back on.

Until they came up with repair kits, welding the bracket back on was only option at the time.
