  • Turret Prob's Again

Boy has this machine been a nightmare

We almost have it all fixed.. Except.. the machine does not detect that the deck is full, and sets pins on top of pins.. It also doesnt wait for a full deck.. It will set an empty deck,

    Thanks
    Ken

Sounds to me that your 180 degree link is out of adjustment, also make sure all linkage is lubricated (no binds),if your machines have oversized drip pans make sure pan is not binding on bottom of 180 link, just my 4 cents(inflation),good luck to ya and let us know how you make out.Bob

Check to see if the protrusion on the long link is not broken off. If missing it will not lower the RH blocking finger and thus give you 10 on 10, or a 'double deck'. Also look to see if the rubber bumper is in place.

Long link was binding on the shield underneath, raised turret (fixed problem), 180 degree was also out of adjustment..

        Thanks for the help
