    Possibly been discussed before
    But what is the best way of cleaning (redressing) contacts on the chassis
    Mainly talking Pr contacts

    Also on the same note I have noticed on Two chassis that have similar faults ( drop sweep and table down on sweep) the PR2 contacts are sticking a bit
    Would redressing the contacts fix this

    Yes. I use a burnishing tool bought at local electronic parts store. Some use 600 or 800 wet dry sand paper.
    clean contacts are important.

      If you sand, burnish or otherwise file the points down and see brass, replace it. Many of the contacts have just a coating of nickel or tin. The brass under it will NOT last, and will arc terribly and fail.
