  • Pro shop : Lease or own

Our center is considering leasing out our pro shop and we would like to know the pros and cons. We also would like to get an idea of what sort of contract we should offer. What sort of money should we charge and what type of other "arrangments" are available.

Our Pro Shop is leased at the Reno Hilton.
Send Todd Thompson an e-mail at [email protected] or call him at 1-800-328-0199 & he can tell you what our set up is.
He doesn't get much of a chance to check out Bowl-Tech. He relies on me for that.

Re: Pro shop : Lease or own

Local shops around here are 1 to 2 grand a month....give or take.

pro's - assured (contractural) income reguardless (2) dont have to lift a finger to get your contract amount.

cons - so long as tenant if fulfilling contractual agreement, not much you can do about philosophy (bad mouthing center). (2) some shop owners around here live better than owner of centers. (3) shady characters make a mint on repair of center ball prices
