  • 16 lb house ball

Gents, have a customer with humpback ball returns on 8230's who is having problems with 16lb balls returning. Interesting fact is the 6 & 8 lb balls are not giving him any problems at all.

Suggested he lightly sand the balls, which are 4 months old but he is concerned that sanding the balls will increase the problem as the balls will pick up more oil.

Not having this problem anywhere else, any suggestions will be much appreciated.

If it goes in and up and spins (yo/yo) the friction is'nt there from the rails.

Take the bolts out of the top of the rails, slide the old covers off and slide new ones on. (I use tan ones from Stahl's)

              *sigh* Hello friends..

I had a 4:1 go bad and I've never seen or done one before. Trying to search the depths of the forums, YouTube videos, it didn't seem too bad....

At what thickness do you replace the clutch face.
Is there a minimum dimension from the clutch face to the rivet.
